After being unimpressed with the customer service at other dealerships, I went to Family where Justin treated me with the upmost respect. Justin is knowledgable, polite, and made the car buying experience a dream. When I traded my 2019 in for a 2020 a year and a half later, Justin was not only just as helpful, but advocated for my best interests and made sure that I was treated with respect by others.
