One happy customer ! i Went in to buy new tires for my 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 and left with a 2020 ram 1500 at same cost ! Terrible service experience. Car was in for 11 days for two issues. Ultimately one not fixed and had to take to another dealership. Communication was bad- never provided updates when said I would be. At two issues. Ultimately one not fixed and had to take to another dealership. Communication was bad- never provided updates when said I would be. At one point had to ask someone in sales to walk over to service to get them to answer phone. Finally was told car was fixed but when I went to get it it obviously was not fixed. Took it anyways.
