Do not take your car/truck here to be serviced. You will be very unhappy with the outcome if you do and be out a lot of money. If I could give them zero stars I would. In the end after multiple arguments and spending 90 minutes at the dealer arguing I did get my money refunded, but it was extremely unpleasant. The bad attitude starts with the manager Lou which impacts how the employees act towards customers as well. I did want to mention that two other customers that had work done were also complaining about the work that was done on their vehicles. When they heard me complaining they said to me "Join the club." If this place wants to stay in business, they need to clean-up their act. I felt that the way Water Doctors and the Dealership handled the diagnosis of the water leak was so incompetent I am starting to think it is a scam for both companies to make money off customers. Luckily I know a lot about cars and would not let that happen. Read on to find out more details. The people I worked with that were terrible and not customer focused were the following: 1. Customer Service Rep for Family Chrysler. 2. Owner from Water Doctors International in the South Eastern PA area. 3. Manager of the Service Department for Family Chrysler Now the details on my experience. I took my Jeep Wrangler in to resolve a water leak where the water was leaking on the floor on the passenger side front and back floor. The dealer does leverage a 3rd party company to diagnose water leaks. The company is named Water Doctors. Water leaks are very hard to diagnose to find the real problem. However the guy that came to look at my car did nothing except look at the car and write-up a bunch of items he suggested should be replaced which would have cost me $ 450 and there is no guarantee that will fix the problem. Plus he was charging me an additional $ 150 for a diagnosis where he basically did nothing. I asked about the guarantee....good luck with that and the Chrysler customer service rep even said there is no guarantee. To diagnose the problem, the Water Doctors guy didn't even put the car under a rain-shower/hose to help simulate where the car may be leaking. The items he wrote-up to replace were not worn at all, so basically the guy was guessing what the problem was and charging me over $ 150 for his diagnoses where he did absolutely nothing. When I asked Hector the customer service rep at the dealer what did the guy do to diagnose the problem he said I can't tell you that. huh? When I saw the car literally 1 hour after the water doctor guy looked at the car it was clearly bone dry so I am 100% sure he did not put it under a hose to diagnose the problem. After asking for my money back from the customer service rep he wouldn't do it. He then connected me with the owner from Water Doctors International. The owner from Water Doctors International was very rude. He said his guy has 25 years of experience and he knows what he is doing. However, I did ask do you know what he did to diagnose the water leak problem? He answered I have no idea. I told the owner from Water Doctors International that the car was bone dry and wouldn't it make sense to run it under water to help determine where the water leak is occurring. Of course he didn't comment on that and just kept saying the same thing that his guy has 25 years of experience. Then he asked me how many water leaks did I fix in my lifetime....I was like what does that have to do with this issue. He said he didn't want my business and I was 100% fine with that so I asked can he give the dealer their money back so I can get my money back. He said he will reach out to the customer service rep. I did get my money back after waiting another 20 minutes. The service manager at the dealership wasn't around that day. However I did call him the next day and left him a voice-mail so he is aware on how bad this situation was for his customers. He called me back and hung up on me when I informed him I am still writing the bad review to warn customers. The customer service manager is useless and a bad example for his employees to follow. I did my research and was prepared with how much I was willing to pay. Jack Pascoe hit my number 1st time around. All done over texts and in and out of the dealership in 10 minutes.
