Disapopointing Had my Toyota Sequoia into Matick four (4) times for the exact same problem, Rear Windshield wiper not touching the glass. dates with problem and corr Had my Toyota Sequoia into Matick four (4) times for the exact same problem, Rear Windshield wiper not touching the glass. dates with problem and corrected actions are as follows: Jan 16, 2016, rear wiper is not touching and clearing rear window, corrections and/or service performed: cleaned wiper. July 28, 2016, Rear Wiper not touching he glass, corrections and/or service performed: replaced wiper motor on rear hatch. April 22, 2017, rear wiper not touching glass, corrections and/or service performed: cleaned and lubed wiper arm. Jan 25, 2018, rear wiper is not contacting rear window,corrections and/or service performed: replaced wiper arm. To state a point, all three other times vehicle was under warranty. Fourth service department acknowledged other three visit but stated that the corrected actions were differnt, therefore would be a charge to reapair. I asked how can the vehicle come into your shop for the same problem four times and be a fault and/or charge to a customer. The service person was very defensive, stong negatvie attitude and placing the fault on to me, instead of being customer friendly, checking with Toyota HQ to see if there's a defect in design with this wiper on a seqquoia, because of the inconvenience to a customer. It's shocking, the cost was nothing but $92.00. Business must be good to lose a customer and any/all potential customer for a low cost. Looking forward to doing business with Prestige Warren Toyota. I'm reaching out to Toyota to see if there's a default in design and to furher extend my negative review of Matick See you on Facebook and Goggle for extended play. Don More

Very bad company My Toyota corolla got totaled on 1-23-17. I went on their website and found a corolla. I went in on 1-24-17 and talked to a salesman. I called him on Friday before they closed and told him I wanted the car and I would be there at 10am Saturday. He asked me if I could come in between 12:30 and 1 because he had 2 appts. I said OK, but I arrived at noon. When my wife and I arrived a couple guys had the car i wanted and were looking at it. I went in and asked my salesman if they were gonna buy it, he had a customer and said he would be with me soon. A couple minutes later I saw the guys drive off worth the car. After about 15 minutes I finally found someone and asked if that car had been sold. A few minutes later she confirmed it was sold. I told my wife and on the way out told the salesman thank you for selling the car and I didnt appreciate it and thank you for wasting my time. I would have been there at 10 am with a deposit. After I left and was driving to another dealer, the mgr calls me and said her apologies and that she would give me a NEW Corolla at the same price. I said"you will give me a new car for $14999 ??? " she said $14999 !!! That car you wanted was $16800... I have the paper work showing the $14999 price. So I go back and they say they are giving me a new car with $3000 off. LMAO the Internet price for a new Corolla was $17201 !!!! So actually it was only $400 off. Now after all this, they try to give me 3.99% interest for a NEW CAR !!! I left and in the end, I went to Suburban Toyota and got a USED Toyota with 2.9% interest !!!!! BEWARE STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER !!!! More

Great service I took my car in for the standard oil change. My service advisor was Brian Michling. Awesome Service Department I called the service department and spoke with Brian. Brian was very professional and went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered. I learned that I can indeed make an appointment for service which would make my service experience much easier. I plan to visit the dealership this week for next oil change. Shout out to Brian for being very professional and helping me out! The service department is even better since Matick took over! More

While Brian and his men were working on my vehicle, I met a super person, Mike Riess and he went out of his way to make sure that I looked, sat in, and knew ins and outs of the Avalon and the Camry Hybrid that I was looking at. Mcinerney does not Honor their own Coupon!! Since moving to Detroit a year ago from S.Carolina, I had been using Mcinerney Toyota for my Camry service, etc owing to close proximity to my house. Since moving to Detroit a year ago from S.Carolina, I had been using Mcinerney Toyota for my Camry service, etc owing to close proximity to my house. I had a great dealership expereince with Jim Hudson Toyota in S.Carolina but unfortunately cannot say that for McInerney Toyota. On the first week of June I had taken my Camry for a Brake & Battery inspection... all seemed well BUT the service adviser advised to replace my Battery (since my charge reading was low!), I wondered why since my car did not have any battery issue? Anyways I still got the battery replaced and they charged me full price, labour et al. Few days later I received a Flyer form McInerney offering coupon for battery replacement. When I took the coupon I was curtly told by the service adviser that I should have shown the coupon at the time of service... I requested to honor their coupon since it was within the same month and week... but I was turned down! I feel I was duped into getting a new battery installed and I was not offered any battery coupon despite McInerney advisor knew that there was a promotion going on!!! More
