Fraudulent dealership!!! Matick Toyota sold me a compressor for my air-conditioner in May 2018. They then, almost to the day, set me away so my warranty would expire, and the Matick Toyota sold me a compressor for my air-conditioner in May 2018. They then, almost to the day, set me away so my warranty would expire, and then said it wasn’t the compressor. It was the condenser. I then took it to three different mechanics, one of which was Fox Toyota who all said it was the compressor. Matick would not honor my warranty even though I was there before it had expired, and they sent me away until after the expiration date. Fox Toyota was very helpful, and as you can see from the reviews, mine included, Fox Toyota is a total 180° difference from Matick Toyota. It’s worth the drive if you were closer to Matick, but want good service and not to get ripped off!!! Thank you Jacob at Fox Toyota! More

He was especially helpful in identifying pros and cons since he previously worked in the service department and knew lots about the mechanics of the car, about the work they did to prep it for sale, and about it's maintenance. I want to say that I found Matick on the internet after researching for this car. They posted consistently low prices for the models I was looking for compared to others. At the dealership it was no pressure, no hype, and complete transparency about the carfax report, and all the other data available online for the 2 cars I looked at. The assistant manager was one of the first people I met - he meets everyone I guess, which is kind of classy. I also want to say that I'm a mature single woman and was treated with complete respect and courtesy. This counts for a lot. No pressure, no duelling. I feel I got a good deal with the least possible stress - even though the whole process took several hours, due to the required paperwork. But when I walked out it was all done. Nothing left to follow up on with the secretary of state or with my insurance. I even got a free canister of touch-up paint from Joe. One constructive comment -- the car was a bit grimy on the interior. I don't think it was cleaned well, This has been true of other used cars I've purchased in the past. I'll take care of that myself. More
Loyal Toyota customer--Lost me this year! In March 2018 I took delivery of my 4th Toyota vehicle. The lease process was very deceptive. The very beginning of the conversation with Chad (salesperson no longer working there I've discovered) was all about the fact that I was over mileage on my present lease and wanted to turn it in early, avoid mileage penalty by rolling the cost into a new lease or purchase. Please run the numbers and tell me what you can do for me. He ran the numbers and when I didn’t jump on the deal right away I was asked if I'd be interested in another Corolla--I said no, due to its performance in snow. I was then reminded by Mackenzie during that conversation that I'd have to pay 15 per mile for the overage if I waited and turned it in at end of lease. I went home, thought about the deal and returned to take delivery on the 2018 Camry. Nothing but smiles and friendliness, no mention of any pending cost I'd face for my mileage overage. Every bit of the conversation would lead any rational person to believe they had wrapped the overage cost into what I was paying for the new Camry. Then this past week I am contacted by Toyota Financial Services and hit with the bill--$899.00. I explained the situation, asked them to take care of this bill and was told what the paperwork says. Got me! But it will never happen again. This was my fourth Toyota! But it will also be my last! More

Disapopointing Had my Toyota Sequoia into Matick four (4) times for the exact same problem, Rear Windshield wiper not touching the glass. dates with problem and corr Had my Toyota Sequoia into Matick four (4) times for the exact same problem, Rear Windshield wiper not touching the glass. dates with problem and corrected actions are as follows: Jan 16, 2016, rear wiper is not touching and clearing rear window, corrections and/or service performed: cleaned wiper. July 28, 2016, Rear Wiper not touching he glass, corrections and/or service performed: replaced wiper motor on rear hatch. April 22, 2017, rear wiper not touching glass, corrections and/or service performed: cleaned and lubed wiper arm. Jan 25, 2018, rear wiper is not contacting rear window,corrections and/or service performed: replaced wiper arm. To state a point, all three other times vehicle was under warranty. Fourth service department acknowledged other three visit but stated that the corrected actions were differnt, therefore would be a charge to reapair. I asked how can the vehicle come into your shop for the same problem four times and be a fault and/or charge to a customer. The service person was very defensive, stong negatvie attitude and placing the fault on to me, instead of being customer friendly, checking with Toyota HQ to see if there's a defect in design with this wiper on a seqquoia, because of the inconvenience to a customer. It's shocking, the cost was nothing but $92.00. Business must be good to lose a customer and any/all potential customer for a low cost. Looking forward to doing business with Prestige Warren Toyota.
