Seneca always greets my wife and I with a smile and always makes s Anytime I have had to work with Seneca Bradley, it always is a positive experience. Seneca always greets my wife and I with a smile and always makes sure our concerns/needs are met. One of the reasons we have continued to purchase Nissans is the Mathews Nissan service department. Mike Fields used to make sure we were taken care of...Now he heads the service department and Seneca has stepped into his place in our minds with his conscientiousness. The one thing neither Mike nor Seneca can control is the high service cost. Even with discounts the (30,000 mile service) bill was $700--that is a car payment folks--and that is totally unacceptable. I don't care what other dealers charge, please find a way to make it palatable for those driving Nissans, especially repeat customers. I truly believe longtime customers--this our sixth straight Nissan--should benefit from such loyalty. More

I was tired of getting the runaround from dealers in Nashville, so I called Mathews after seeing the car I wanted listed on AutoTrader as available in I was tired of getting the runaround from dealers in Nashville, so I called Mathews after seeing the car I wanted listed on AutoTrader as available in Clarksville. I went and met with the sales rep, who was very knowledgable, informative, and courteous. I never once got the impression he was making a hard sell so he'd get a commission. I appreciated that. I was very satisfied with my visit and it was worth the 45 minute drive each way from Nashville. More
