Hand Sanitizer I took my car in for an oil change and to replace a missing hubcap. Justin was quick to introduce himself, and get my car ready to be serviced. I info I took my car in for an oil change and to replace a missing hubcap. Justin was quick to introduce himself, and get my car ready to be serviced. I informed him that I was going to drop my car off and come back to pick it up; less than 30 minutes later, Justin called to inform me my car was almost ready to go. Due to being almost in Nashville at this point, Justin informed that the service went well and to keep an eye out on a few things that are going to need to be replaced soon, and he kindly offered to park my car-- informing me of the closing time of the service area for that day. Once I arrived back at the service area to pick my car up, Justin retrieved my car for me, so I did not have to walk to it. This is the first time I have been at a Nissan Dealership that has brought my car to me versus having walk to it--which is the reason I will commit to getting my service done at this Nissan site instead of any other. Thank you Justin for the outstanding customer service! I really appreciate it. More

Dishonest Dealershop I would never buy a car from this place. Terry Yarbough was the most rude and dishonest person I have ever dealt with at a car dealership. He is a gre I would never buy a car from this place. Terry Yarbough was the most rude and dishonest person I have ever dealt with at a car dealership. He is a great example why people hate car dealerships. They had a vehicle I wanted and talked with a salesman on the phone. We agreed to a price and I told them I would drive up from Nashville on Saturday and deliver a check. They called me Saturday while I was driving to deliver the check and told me they had sold the vehicle for 3K more than we agreed upon and said we didn't have an agreement. I asked him face to face why they didn't honor the agreement and he said he can't control what his people do. Matthews Nissan's honesty and Terry Yarbough's integrity was sold for $3,000. Be careful what they tell you because they have no intention to stand by their word. More
