They worked wonderfully with (very) used Suzuki Reno Needed some diagnostic work and replacement of a part (I provided) for my daughter's college car, a 2006 Suzuki Reno with over 172,000 miles. Mike was great that day as he was filling in, and provided a fair price and compassionate treatment to help a young lady out. They probably could have charged us more; probably should have, but they didn't and showed genuine interest in helping her keep costs down and safety/functionality of the vehicle high. I want her to establish a competence and comfort in dealing with her car maintenance and they couldn't have been more helpful in that regard. That's why I bought the Reno from ya'll in 2008(?), a new Altima for my wife in 2013, and brought my mother to you for a new Altima for in 2010(?). We all love Rodney and Matt over at the Nissan side as well. I guess that makes Mathews Nissan our family dealership!! More

A Good Maintenance Dept. The Maintenance dept at Mathews have treated me fairly. I have always thought all dealership maintenance department charges are a little high and tha The Maintenance dept at Mathews have treated me fairly. At Mathews, there have been a few times when I thought I had a problem with our car or truck only to find out it wasn't that serious at all. Those very minor things were able to be looked at and corrected without even being charged. I really appreciated that. More

Service visit. Service was completed in a timely fashion. All of the staff that I came in contact with were very friendly. Outstanding Service! Went in expecting to spend a couple of hours waiting to get my oil changed and tires rotated. Only spent a total of 45 minutes. Was also pleasantly surprised to be told I had a free oil change and roughly $17 credit to put towards my tire rotation equalling approximately $8 total spent out of pocket. Outstanding! When the paper work was brought to me the service rep explained to me that my car was running great, suggested a service might need to be done regarding brake fluid at my next visit and told me my tires were coming close to the point of replacement but that I still had enough tread that it wasn’t an immediate necessity. He took the initiative and printed off pricing for a few different tire options and had them ready with the receipt of the work that was done. Overall the entire staff was pleasant and knowledgeable and ready and willing to help with whatever questions I had. Absolutely excellent visit. More
