I purchased my family's previous vehicles (Saturn, Suzuki, or Nissan) based on the service recommendations and requirements provided by Mr. Cottrell and not the sales department. Window I brought my car in for an oil change. The representative immediately checked for recalls. I told him that there was an issue with my drivers side win I brought my car in for an oil change. The representative immediately checked for recalls. I told him that there was an issue with my drivers side window. He immediately checked it out. The seal was twisted which was causing the motor to strain rolling it back up. He ordered me a new seal and contacted me as soon as it came in to have the seal replaced. I purchased my car here and enjoy being able to have it serviced at the same location with no problems. More
