Service dept is amazing. As for sales dept, that's another story. Having a 2015 focus with the recall , and the company knowing about the transmission still sold it to us. Great service. 12 out of 10. My car had overheated in my drive plus time for oil change. Due to being in the high risk status for COVID-19, I called and spoke to Ryan, service department. I asked Ryan if drive plus time for oil change. Due to being in the high risk status for COVID-19, I called and spoke to Ryan, service department. I asked Ryan if my car could be picked up rather than me take car in for service. Ryan said that could be arranged. Ford picked up my car left me a car to dive while mine was being serviced. Ryan followed up with phone call to advise me if the issue. Ryan explained in detail what my car needed and estimated cost.
