Waited in waiting area with hubby & 5 year old granddaughter 3 hours for oil change & a/c check. When we asked after 2 1/2 hours why so long were told it was 1 hour for oil change & 1 1/2 hour for granddaughter 3 hours for oil change & a/c check. When we asked after 2 1/2 hours why so long were told it was 1 hour for oil change & 1 1/2 hour for a/c check, he would check status. 1/2 hour later were told that they had just got the equipment to test a/c (it was tied up in another area) and could possibly be another 1 1/2 hours! Seriously, we sat there for 1 1/2 hours while they did NOTHING to the car & no info was given to us. I told them to skip the a/c check so we could leave, took another 20 minutes to “undo” what they had started. The young man who signed us in was very kind, apologized & did not charge for the oil change but the guy who was checking (wish I would have gotten names but too angry) acted like no big deal to sit for 4 1/2 hours in area with a child!!! When asked what they did for the 1 1/2 hour we waited & why no one told us what was going on he just shrugged it off. Could certainly use some customer service training! More

The Service Dept was excellent. They got my vehicle right in & found the exact problem. Jeremy at the Service Desk is the best. He kept me informed they the whole process.
