I originally scheduled a 30k mile service. Upon my arrival, the service advisor stated they're going to change the oil and rotate the tires only. I agree and waited over an hour to complete. When it was time to settle the bill there was no explanation of what was done not was any vehicle recommendations mentioned. The staff just ask me to sign and pay! I began to review the invoice for myself and then the service advisor began to talk about the state of my vehicle. Overall POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! More
