Great service, Mataga called me to schedule an appointment for a minor recall issue on my 2020 GMC Denali 2500 HD. Every time I walk in to get my car serviced I leave with a good experience. Ozzy is an amazing person and always goes above and beyond for his customers. My lease was up and he referred me to David. I picked one out quickly and the long process began to get financed! Well, this is where Adam and Armando came into the picture. They made the stressful situation of financing so easy. The catered to my sister and I and made the long drawn out process a great experience! Adam went the extra mile and fought for me to get approved because my lease was up the next day and I would be without a car if I did not get one that day! I originally scheduled a 30k mile service. Upon my arrival, the service advisor stated they're going to change the oil and rotate the tires only. I agree and waited over an hour to complete. When it was time to settle the bill there was no explanation of what was done not was any vehicle recommendations mentioned. The staff just ask me to sign and pay! I began to review the invoice for myself and then the service advisor began to talk about the state of my vehicle. Overall POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! More
