Terrible experience. Went there to look for a 2500 truck. They found us one. We drove it and loved it. Had 2 trade ins that we were told they would take. Didn't take eith Went there to look for a 2500 truck. They found us one. We drove it and loved it. Had 2 trade ins that we were told they would take. Didn't take either. One they offered us a little of nothing for a vehicle. We were willing to put money down to get a payment that we needed. A week later still don't have it and they want more money down. We were told that they would offer us a half of percent off of our financing and a extended warranty. They asked if they could get our payment down to what we wanted would we take it, we said yes. Now its being thrown in our face that the truck had to have things done to it before it was going to pass inspection. That should not have anything to do with us trying to purchase this truck. You should have did all the work before you out it on the lot for sale. They say they will call you back and you don't hear from them until you contact them. So the last conversation was not a good one. I was asked if I could put more money down. No i am not putting more money down. Just give me my deposit back and I am done here. Not a good experience with this dealership. More

Being born local to the area and have boughten more than 10 New and Used cars over the last 12 years between me and my family and every one of them being from a local dealership in the area my experience w 10 New and Used cars over the last 12 years between me and my family and every one of them being from a local dealership in the area my experience with Steve at Mastro Vito used cars supercenter was hands-down the best hasslefree vehicle purchase I’ve ever had to deal with in my life given they own multiple dealerships New and Used. I’d say if you’re looking to buy a new or used car truck or SUV I would check out mastro vito in Yorkville, New York i’d ask for Steve at the Used car supercenter just my opinion.
