Was happy with your service department up until I was finished with oil consumption protocol. Supposedly qualified and paperwork sent in. Haven't heard from anyone since. It’s been over 2 months since I requested to have my wheel/tire fixed under warranty - called them few days ago and the girl said they don’t have it and she cannot tell me any other update.
