Was happy with your service department up until I was finished with oil consumption protocol. Supposedly qualified and paperwork sent in. Haven't heard from anyone since. I've made 3 phone calls to see i finished with oil consumption protocol. Supposedly qualified and paperwork sent in. Haven't heard from anyone since. I've made 3 phone calls to see if it's been approved yet. I thought I was the customer and you'd be keeping me informed. Don't feel valued as a customer. I'm going to replace my 2012 Toyota Highlander. Waiting to see if Hyundai is going to replace my motor. Even if they do I'm not sure I'll be purchasing my new $50000+/- vehicle from you. More
