Our salesman, Hai Lee, was not just knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in (Ioniq 5), knowing the vehicle was in great demand, Hai still promised to find the vehicle we wanted, an AWD Limite the vehicle we were interested in (Ioniq 5), knowing the vehicle was in great demand, Hai still promised to find the vehicle we wanted, an AWD Limited. He followed through on his promise, and we consummated the sale over the phone (due to the fact that we reside in Florida, and Mastrovito Hyundai is in Utica, NY). Upon arriving at Mastrovito, we found the vehicle cleaned and charged, and Hai was most helpful during the delivery, and afterwards. Additionally, Mastrovito Hyundai sold the Ioniq 5 at MSRP, while other dealers were charging an additional 'premium' of up to $5,000 over MSRP. Our son lives in Cooperstown, NY, and I've told him and his friends that if they want a good car with a great dealer, see Hai Lee at Mastrovito Hyundai! More
