They were thorough and transparent, without being pushy. Derek spent a lot of time reviewing the features and benefits of the vehicle during the test drive. Greg did the same during the vehicle delivery. Both Derek and Greg were very patient with answering all of my questions. Derek even spent time finalizing the deal on his day off. The finance manager also explained everything very clearly, triple checking all terms of the deal, and making sure I felt 100% comfortable. Overall, the entire process was smooth and enjoyable, and I feel very confident in my decision. I highly recommend Mastria to anyone looking to buy a VW. More
