Went with my Mother to purchase her a Jetta. The sales person Peter was very good and helpful. We were told that the 2009 used Jetta with 30 k miles was mechanically "gone through". We purchased the car and had the car inspected at their Ford Dealership. My Mom got a flat tire, and to my horror all the tires were dry rotted and cracked. We returned to the dealership to see if they would help us out but we were told by the Service Manager and Sales Manager that they would not help us because the car passed inspection. If you purchase a used car from these Crooks please do yourself a favor and take it to your independent garage and pay the $29.00 and get the car inspected at another shop. If I had done this they would have had to replace the tires More

Saw a new used Hyundai Sonata SE on auto trader from this dealer with leather, fog lights, dual exhaust (typical SE package) and 2700 miles. I called to confirm that they had the vehicle and confirmed price dealer with leather, fog lights, dual exhaust (typical SE package) and 2700 miles. I called to confirm that they had the vehicle and confirmed price. Next morning drove 85 miles (ONE WAY) to see the vehicle only to find out that it wasnt an SE but a GLS with appearance package, did not have leather and had 3400 miles! When the salesman (Roy, great guy) tried to work with me on the price the manager said they weren't budging a penny off of the asking price, even though they had falsely advertised it. I shook hands with Roy and told the pompous manager that they may want to rethink they're advertising technique before they start losing customers...his response, and I quote "...There's a Hyundai dealer down the street, why don't you go there." For anyone considering or on the fence about visiting these guys think again...if the manager is influencing his employees at all this place won't make it another year. If you do go stay away from the manager, it's apparent the guy couldn't give two pennies about a customer or their satisfaction. I wish I had those 3 hours and 170 miles of driving back that I wasted that day. More
