Mike worked diligently to locate the promised vehicle and didn't try to push something I did not want to buy. Both are professional and fair, qualities that are not always easy to find at some dealerships. Marc Steinberg worked the contract details and made sure we were happy with the vehicle on delivery, demonstrated the superb features in the Passat SE.
