I purchased a 2019 Infinity QX50 and I am rating my experience a 5 star for sure. From the minute I entered the building until I drove the car off the lot I could not have been happier. As of 6/27/22 - After a few initial problems getting someone to help me with my used Honda issues, Donna Hruniak responded to me and was very helpful in working out a way to get my car looked at. They worked with my warranty to get my car fixed and gave me a nice loaner to use in the meantime. Kudos to Donna who save this dealerships reputation (in my book). She is a true asset to your company! I purchased a used Honda, with 107K miles on it, from Mastria Volkswagen at the end of January and I'm already regretting it. The second day I had it, the front-passenger door didn't work BUT took it to the dealership where they quickly fixed it. Five weeks into owning it and noticed a low, growling sound coming from the right rear tire. Took 3 weeks to get a Saturday appt (scheduled on-line on 3/15/22). Just took the car in on 4/9/22 and they confirmed it was a bad wheel bearing (est $450.00 repair!). The $3,000.00 "limited" warranty (3 yr / 30K miles) I bought doesn't cover wheel bearings and the dealership won't cover it since it is outside of 1 month of owning it. On top of that, I went to use the A/C for the trip home the other day and the A/C was not blowing any cold air. When I took the car to another shop to have they wheel bearing replaced ($520.35), they confirm that the condenser on the A/C wasn't kicking in which is why the A/C wasn't blowing cold air. Waiting to see if the $3K warranty covers that. Would have liked to have known about the A/C before leaving the dealership which is over an hour from my home. Only put 1,600 miles on the car since buying it and already discovering its ghosts!! Not a good way to insure a repeat customer. Asked me to leave a review on their website a couple days after buying. Now I know why they don't let you drive the car for a while before asking for the review. I had also arranged for financing through my credit union but they said they only work with "in-house" financing. Their rate was 2.15% higher than what I had but I didn't have a car, my rental time was running out, not that many used Hondas and Toyotas for sale, and I screwed up and agreed to their terms. Just throwing out a "head's up" to anyone who might be interested in knowing all of this before buying used there. So much for their multi-point inspection. E-mailed sale's manager on 4/12/22 but no response. More
