I never thought walking into a car dealership would be a comfortable experience and I was proven wrong. Derek offered the best customer service I have ever had. I also observed how well the managers treat their employees. I had all my questions answered and I was able to find a car that fit both my budget and my needs without sacrificing anything. Best of all, when I asked why everyone was so nice and not pushy, I was told they don't make commission off the car -so the sale was very customer centered. If I ever need a new car again, I will be going back and seeing Derek! More

I made and internet inquiry on a pre-owned car for my daughter. The following morning I took a call from Josh of the Internet Sales Dept. I called to say I was “running late and might be there closer to 1700. “Not a problem.” Derek Welch greeted us with “How was your trip in; I understand you came from a couple hours away.” He continued with the following Mastria Policies: • Sales Advisors do not earn commissions. • The price is the price. • The 7/30 Guarantee. Seven days to return for no given reason. Thirty days to swap out for something else on the lot. We bought the car and on the way home I told my daughter that was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. More
