Update: +1 star - they have decent communication considering the busy time of year this is, and apparently we can blame the MA DMV (RMV) for the delays. I do wish the dealers were better prepared for DMV issues. For now, this is 2 star, I want to give the dealer a chance. In short, We paid cash in full for a 2024 car on dec 21, and have yet to receive it. We have been given a run-around. One issue was out-of-state license, so I have to give the dealer the benefit of the doubt here that they are dealing with MA DMV. We've since gotten a MA license, reside in MA, have MA insurance already on the car we have yet to receive. They say they have no loaner cars to give us? And no idea when DMV (RMV in MA) will give us the reg? Come one, they have a lot full of cars, and desks full of dealer plates. Do the right thing here and give us a loaner, any car on your lot is fine, until our reg comes in. This seems like slimy sales trying to meet year-end quota at any cost to us consumers. More

Our experience at Matria Volkswagen was amazing. Funny enough, we were in the market for a Jeep. We had just come from a Jeep dealership where we had a horrible experience.
