I recently purchased a used car from Mastria Volkswagen. I live in NH and was not familiar with the dealership at all. I was pleasantly surprised by how relaxed my salesman, Derek, was. I was able to relax for a few minutes after the long drive as the car was prepared and I was able to take a nice long test drive to make sure the car was the one I wanted. Once I returned we sat down to talk about price and I felt no pressure whatsoever. When we weren't able to come to an agreement I returned home, again without feeling any pressure. We continued to negotiate from a distance until we came to a deal that was fair for both parties. The process, even from afar, was made easy and convenient for me. Knowing that I was returning from NH, Derek had everything ready for me when I signed papers- often responding to my questions outside of business hours. This is not something I expect from a dealership, but it really made me feel valued as a customer. Even the car delivery to NH was simple. All the paperwork was in order and it turned out to be the quickest car registration that I have ever done. I would definitely return to Mastria Volkswagen- even with the hour and a half drive! I was treated like I mattered, I was listened to- even catered to, it seemed. Derek and the team did an outstanding job! More
