I bought a new VW Tiguan at Mastria. The night before I put in all my info online. The morning of I was about 10 minutes away and a rep called asking when I was able to come test drive t The night before I put in all my info online. The morning of I was about 10 minutes away and a rep called asking when I was able to come test drive the vehicle. I told them my location and when I got there it was waiting for me to drive. I did have to wait a few (maybe 7-10 mins) for a sales person (I arrived right when they opened, they were in a meeting) but wasn’t a big deal. Derek Welch came out and was extremely friendly and helpful from the second I met him. The test drive route they use was great, it really let you get an actual feel for the vehicle you’re driving. Derek was extremely knowledgeable, answered all questions I had, and made sure EVERYTHING was explained in a way that was easily understood. Time came for the paperwork. Mark Striggles was the finance person I dealt with. Mark was very thorough and made financing very easy, he wasn’t pushy, if I said I didn’t want something (warranty, gap insurance etc.) he made sure i had all the info and asked one last time but definitely didn’t try to force it. All in all it was a great experience. A++ all around. I HIGHLY recommend the team at Mastria VW! More

I recently purchased a pre owned vehicle at Mastria . From my initial call with Josh to completing my purchase could not have gone better. I drove 1 1/2 hours to see and drive vehicle and met with Ed Cop From my initial call with Josh to completing my purchase could not have gone better. I drove 1 1/2 hours to see and drive vehicle and met with Ed Coppola my sales rep . Car was out front on time for appt and ready to drive. I took a nice test drive alone and returned ready to buy. Car was exactly as described and priced very fair , I do my research . I was treated as well as I would have been buying new. They explained the work shop had done to prepare car for sale as well as handing me the printed carfax of prior service. Ed then moved me to Mark in finance I was purchasing with no loan but paperwork was still quick and efficient. My car will b deliver this week after purchasing this past Thursday .
