Ed Cappola, Peter Levesque, Mark (finance) - awesome team. This was our second purchase from Mastria in the past year. We bought and ID.4 last Fall and a Jetta now. We, like many people today, wanted to team. This was our second purchase from Mastria in the past year. We bought and ID.4 last Fall and a Jetta now. We, like many people today, wanted to move electric, but had reservations. Ed Cappola helped us really understand EV range and value. We felt great about the ID.4, but Ed really helped us understand that our next vehicle to be replaced, would need to be an ICE or hybrid. We simply drove too many miles to make the cost difference work. We looked at Hyundai, Honda, Kia's, and other hybrids. We found that there was both a cost difference and a willingness to deal difference. The net result is that the Jetta beat them all at total cost per mile. Once we determined this we called Ed. We did the deal over the phone (and they did help!). I called at 10AM and arrived at 4PM and was out with the new car, fully serviced, license plate transferred, and out the door by 5PM. If that's what you want, Mastria is your dealer. More

He was thoughtful and attentive, and most of all, lacked the obtuse “pressure” that other automotive brand dealerships employ. Derek and Pete, the sales manager, even thought of a pre-owned vehicle option, another 2024 Atlas Cross Sport in a sharp pure grey color. It was both “new“ and “used“, striking a perfect fit for both our needs in style and substance. Mark Striggles assisted us with the normally high-pressure finance component. He was helpful, communicative and refreshingly laid back.
