The dealership is nothing, but I scam when they come to know that I am not taking finance from them. They did not send me any documents and after three days, they said they cannot sell the car out of state know that I am not taking finance from them. There was no logistic involved because I was personally picking up the car. Be VERY AWARE before you do any deal with them, specially when you’re from out of state. A good sale gone wrong. Josh Zion sold me a Volvo XC40. The sales experience on the premises was good, but the follow-up post-sale leaves me with a sour taste in my mouth. The vehicle was sold to me with one key, which, on the surface, may be slightly inconvenient but no more than that. Turns out, the Volvo Cars App does not pair to vehicles with a missing key for security reasons. This left me without important vehicle functionality like remote start, tracking, lock/unlock, and more. My sales representative is unwilling to cover cost of a new key despite the missing, promised, functionality! Quite frustrating. Additionally, the vehicle had the battery replaced, which is fine, but the dealer failed to disclose that this would reset the emissions computer and the vehicle would fail inspection unless it was driven a few hundred miles. That was a nice surprise when I went to have it inspected after purchase and it failed! I felt as though I tried to have an honest experience but I do not feel as though there was enough transparency in the purchase process, leaving me with frustrations after purchase. It is unlikely I would recommend this dealership based on my experience, which is a shame. I hope you have a better experience than I! More

I went in a bit confused about buying my lease since I never did it before and he walked me through every step of the way and beyond to make sure I was getting the best service I could. Between Luis and Mark, I couldn't ask to be in better hands. They even threw in a few extra perks as a thank you for being whith mastia. This dealership has been my beacon for the last probably 5 or 6 years after many disappointments at others. Their service and care is unbeatable. And those I have had the privilege of working with are exceptional in their knowledge and attention. Thank you again for everything and for being part of the team that keeps me coming back each time.
