My wife and I walked into the dealership and were approached by Jwana. I said we wanted to talk to the lowest pressure salesperson who was honest and trustworthy. She was low-key but very knowledgeable. She listened carefully to us as we generally described what we were interested in. Throughout the transaction she was responsive to our needs and very helpful in getting us to understand what was available and practicable for us. There was no pressure from her to purchase a particular vehicle. We went back the next day and she helped us to finalize a purchase that was right for us. When it came to closing the deal, she worked with us and the Manager to reach a deal that was fair. After the sale was complete, she was very helpful in completing the details of the purchase and trade-in. She gave my wife and I the best experience we have ever had in buying a new car. Although we worked with Jwana, the overall feeling of the dealership was friendly and upbeat. We certainly recommend Jwana and Mastria Subaru if you are looking to purchase an excellent vehicle in a user-friendly environment. More
