My husban an I purchased a 2019 Subaru Forester this past week end, we were in the showroom on Saturday 2-5-22.. The sales person Alex Sierra was great, he helped us thru the process. Alex made us fee very comfortable with no pressure, Alex took his time to explain everything to us. Alex is very personable and knowagleble about the product he was presenting. Alex made the entire experience very comfortable. I would strongly recomment Mastria Subru and Alex Sierra to my family and friends. Recently purchased a 2022 Subaru Forester from Mastria Subaru in Raynham. I cannot be more pleased with the entire experience with everyone, including my salesman Alex. I was not planning to purchase a new vehicle, but since my previous car was totaled, this was the time to go forward. I found Alex to be personable, caring and super understanding. He took the time to listen to all my concerns and I never felt rushed. I did check out two other dealerships before deciding on Mastria Subaru and did my research. Being retired, I wanted the best value for my money and I know I got that here!! I particularly liked that fact that Alex assured me that our relationship does not end with the purchase, but going forward, I can contact him with any questions and concerns.
