Wow! I love my new Subaru Forester Wilderness! Smooth like a Cadillac. Agility of a high-performance sports car. Ruggedness of a Jeep. And what a week it' I love my new Subaru Forester Wilderness! Smooth like a Cadillac. Agility of a high-performance sports car. Ruggedness of a Jeep. And what a week it's been with a small blizzard on the third day of ownership, family medical emergencies, and of course full-time work out of town. I just purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2019 Subaru Forester. After visiting a number of dealerships, I was immediately impressed with Mastria. Alex was easy-going, knowledgeable, and friendly, which made the experience easy and fun. (Shouldn't buying a new car be fun?!) Alex and Mastria handled all of the details and I love my new Subaru. I had only been minorly considering purchasing a new car, since my current car was running just fine, it was just an older subaru with no bells and whistles. I was at Mastria Subaru getting a basic service a since my current car was running just fine, it was just an older subaru with no bells and whistles. I was at Mastria Subaru getting a basic service and mentioned to the service person (Rui sp?) that I might purchase a new car in the future. While I was waiting he introduced me to a salesperson (BRUCE), who was warm and friendly and not at all pushy. He asked me if since I was waiting if I desired to perhaps look at a few new Subarus. I told him being a Forester owner I was contemplating to switching to an Outback. I incidentally mentioned, I had loved my forester due to the huge windows. He brought around a new Outback and warmed it up, showed me the features and sent me on my way for a test drive. When I returned, I said, "what a great car, but I really don't like the windows the way I do my forester". He said, "I had a feeling that would be the case so I have a new Forester all warmed up and ready to go for you to try!". Wow, I was impressed. Of course I loved the new Forester, but told him I would think about it. They didn't have any 2022's on the lot anyway, so he said he would keep in touch and let me know when any new allocations might be coming in. About a week later he emailed and let me know a couple of Foresters were being allocated and what colors were coming. He said I could put down a no pressure deposit and come check it out when it arrived- so I did. A few weeks later it arrived and it was great. Bruce made the transaction seamless even with me making a few changes to my purchase plan. He kept in constant (not annoying) contact when I needed him to, keeping me posted throughout. Bruce took me to the service dept to chat with Rui, to make sure I learned about my service schedule and how that would work. I almost forgot my EZ Pass in the car I was trading in and Bruce made sure I grabbed it before taking off and even went back in to get the opposing velcro stickers I would need to attach it to my new ride! I can't say enough great things about Bruce. Purchasing a vehicle can be a harrowing experience especially for a single woman, but I felt very confident with Bruce as my salesperson, he seems extremely trustworthy! Highly Recommend. More

It was my first time purchasing a vehicle on my own, and Bruce was there every step of the way to answer any and all of my questions (even t Bruce!!! It was my first time purchasing a vehicle on my own, and Bruce was there every step of the way to answer any and all of my questions (even the ones I was embarrassed to ask)! I was nervous about the process, and I never felt pressured or rushed, which I really appreciated. Bruce kept in touch, made sure I understood what was going on, and genuinely went above and beyond. I also worked with Husan in finance, which was also a great experience. He was patient, explained everything really thoroughly, and let me think through each step without making me feel rushed. Overall EXCELLENT experience and I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a car!!! Will be a Subaru customer for life :) More
