When I first entered Mastria Subaru I was immediately greeted by Bruce. After he introduced himself he rapidly offered his help. I was there with my mother and he was very courteous and we felt very welc greeted by Bruce. After he introduced himself he rapidly offered his help. After having a chat he prepped the car for me to take it for a test spin. Throughout the entire experience I never felt nervous which was a great relief since I’ve been to too many dealerships where I felt pushed into making a purchase and ended up feeling so uncomfortable and wanting to leave but the entire experience was the complete opposite of that and more! This was a big decision for me so feeling at ease was a very important part. Bruce definitely was able to check every box and go above and beyond to understand my difficulties. I was able to make my decision and felt like I was taking the right steps into purchasing my very first Subaru! When it came the time to find a suitable bank for the leasing I was helped immensely by Husan. He made miracles happen and he was able to work around some difficulties to make it all work. Thanks to him I am now proud to say I am a Subaru owner! Overall I recommend Mastria Subaru to all of my family and friends and everyone who is ready to have a real and honest experience! I purchased a used 2018 Crosstrek back in May of 2021. Went into it dreaded the whole thing. Bruce couldn't have made the process any easier. And I am more than delighted to give a “rave” review of the dealership, the finance dept. with Husan Sarikov, their body shop, and especially Alex Sierra, the salesman with whom I worked for the whole process. He answered every question I had and, more importantly, went out of his way to answer questions I didn’t know enough to ask. It was the latter actions that made me realize he isn’t just working for the dealership; he was also working for me. Such a refreshing experience in a time where customer service seems to have taken a back seat to company profits.
