I recently found myself unexpectedly shopping for a car. My wife and I stopped into Mastria Subaru because I had seen a car on their website and wanted to check it out. We talked to Alex Sierra who explained to us that the car we came to look at had been ordered and was not available and that there was currently no inventory for the model/trim/price range that we were looking at. Alex showed us what was available and let us take a higher priced vehicle for a test drive, even though I told him it was clearly out of our range. He explained to us about the process of pre-ordering a vehicle, but explained that the wait time was three to six months. Much to my surprise, I received a text message from Alex the following week that the sale for the vehicle we had originally wanted to look at, had fallen through, and that vehicle was now available. Within a week, I was driving off the lot with my new vehicle. Alex Sierra was great in guiding us through the process, and I also had a good experience with the manager, Husan Sarikov, who walked me through all of the 'extras' but was very easy going. The entire experience at Mastria Subaru was the best I have had at a dealership in a long time. Thank you! More

Jwana was the best ever! She really wanted to make sure I bought a car that suited me.
