After coming over from a nearby GM dealer (and the constant fast talk and upsell attempts) we were blown away at the dichotomy between the two dealerships. It was shocking. Mastria Subaru was the most pleasant experience I've ever had while buying or leasing a vehicle in my 40 years of buying vehicles. I felt like I was breathing mountain air after being in a dirty smoggy city for my whole life. We were met by Jwana Boutros and she could not have been more different then any other representative we have ever met. She is laid back and calm and refreshingly pleasant. Jwana is experienced and knows EVERYTING about Subaru vehicles. She was patient as we tried to settle on the best Subaru for our needs and even was flexible when we changed our minds midstream. There was absolutely zero pressure or urgency put on us. From the moment we walked in to the moment we drove out in our shiny new 2023 Subaru Outback Limited XT we were treated like a family member. Everyone we met at the dealership were friendly and cordial. The music playing was perfect for the environment. We were presented with many options for purchasing a new Subaru as they have a extensive list of models, colors and trims within those models. Once arrived the vehicle was presented in perfect shape and Jwana spent time with us familiarizing the various features and controls until I was comfortable within the car with the technology. It was an absolute joy to have discovered this gem of a dealership amongst all the lumps of coal on Rt. 44. I brought the vehicle back for an inspection sticker and to get my registration and the Service Department was equally top notch. Mastria Subaru exceeded any and all expectations. Special nods go to Tony and Husan! Also, the fact that Mastria Subaru donated $300 to the Have A Sammi Kinda Day (#HASKD) charity during the Subaru share the love Event was the cherry on top! More

I purchased a 2011 Subaru Legacy last year. The first red flag should have been the mileage, which was 2000 miles higher than what was listed on Mastria’s website. This put it over the limit for any kind of lemon law warranty, but I pointed out the difference and Bruce Grabert (more about him later) agreed to a 30 day warranty. I made it about 20 days before the exhaust pipe broke near the muffler. The earliest appointment for repair that I could get was over a week later, and Mastria did the bare minimum to fix the break. While I was waiting for my Uber driver outside of the dealership, Bruce Grabert came out of the dealership to talk to another employee. During the conversation, he proceeded to say a few nasty things about me for having the audacity to ask for a repair (apparently having forgotten what I look like and not knowing I was standing 5 feet from him). The next few months brought a $1200 bill for further exhaust repair, hundreds more for a faulty throttle position sensor which my mechanic said was the most corroded that he had ever seen, and numerous other issues. I would think twice before buying anything from Bruce Grabert, or a used car from Mastria Subaru (even a used Subaru like the one I bought). More
