Bruce Grabert was my sales adviser, after having first communicating with an on-line sales rep. Bruce was the ultimate professional: pleasant, courteous, fair, and easy to do business with. The whole Mastria team -- Alex who appraised my trade-in; Houssan or "H", as he liked to be called, did the financing; and Jay showed me all of the car's bells & whistles before I drove off the lot -- were all fantastic and did their jobs brilliantly.
