I recently picked up my 2023 Subaru Crosstrek Sport and I love it! Alex Sierra was great to work with and is professional, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable. I waited a couple of months to get the exact model and color I wanted and every couple of weeks Alex sent me a text update on where my car was in the process. Alex made everything so easy, and I never felt like he was being pushy or trying to add items I did not need. I went to a couple other local dealers and they made me meet with the manager in the showroom before I could leave because I wasn’t ready to buy. Luckily, Alex made a great first impression and although I live more than an hour away, I went with him because he was exceptional. I also financed through them and found that to be easy as well. We worked with Alex at Mastria to purchase our Forester and we were very happy with the experience. Alex maintained constant communication at every step of the process. This car shopping experience was not and we were very happy with the experience. Alex maintained constant communication at every step of the process. This car shopping experience was not planned, it came as the result of our car being totaled while parked, and with that added stress Alex really helped to make things as straight forward and clear as possible. There was no pressure or gimicks, he was a pleasant and honest salesman. Mastria's prices are fair and I'd be happy to recommend this dealership to a friend. Only advice would be to clear up language around home delivery. The review asks to rate home delivery experience but I was told Mastria doesn't offer home delivery. I would have definitely used it if it was offered! More

I moved from Mass to RI and am a little confused about the process difference in purchasing a new car between the two states. Bruce made the process really simple, clear, and smooth.
