I recently bought a 2017 Forester with the help of Bruce. About six months ago my wife and I went to Mastria to poke around and get some ideas and Bruce let us test drive a few vehicles. When we went back to Mastria, we had the pleasure of meeting with Bruce again and he remembered us immediately! After looking at a few cars I found the one I liked. While I was going over paperwork, the previous owner of my new car walked in to get his new vehicle serviced! The three of us chatted for a couple of minutes and I saw the rapport that Bruce had with him.
