Buying my Crosstrek with Mastria Subaru was by far the best and easiest car purchase I’ve ever done. I had negotiated over the phone ahead of time due to distance and when we arrived the paperwork was in best and easiest car purchase I’ve ever done. Highly recommend Kyle Casavant, he was so nice and very patient with us while we aggressively needled him with questions. While we were waiting for the registration to go through, took me on an extremely detailed tour the car. The exterior, interior, the keys, every button and dial and screen option in the car. He offered recommendations for driving in different conditions, different safety options, set up my phone with the car for me, everything. I drove away confident and so happy with my new car.
