Shopping for a car is one of my least favorite activities, usually. So stressful. Not the case with Mastria Nissan in Raynham, MA. I eventually found a Tacoma truck on cars.com at Mastria. I thought it worth checking out so I went out there with my guard up. Well, for the first time I delt with a woman sales rep and it was so refreshing seeing another woman in a dealership who wasn't just a receptionist. I wasn't talked at or down to. Linda Almedia was pleasant to speak with and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. In my last dealership experience, I felt brow beaten and pressured. At Mastria, Linda didn't make me feel that way. We talked a little bit and then went for a test drive. I told her I wanted my machanic to check out the truck but he couldn't get there for a couple of days which was no problem. I appreciate that. I gave them a small deposit to show I was serious and I ended up buying the truck. Buying a good set of wheels is a huge purchase nowadays and nobody wants to be pressured, or manhandled into it. I wasn't at Mastria. It was actually a very pleasant experience. I would go back Mastria and I could recommend them in good conscience. That's my experience. I LOVE my Taco. Thanks, Linda! Kept the appointment I made. Vehicle was ready when I got there. Went to 2 other dealers and not pleased. 1 overpriced and 1 pulled a bait and switch I made a appointment and 20 Vehicle was ready when I got there.
