I went to Mastria in Raynham at the recommendations of my best friends of over 10 years who had purchased a maxima there. This was my first major purchase and my first new car ever in my life. I have too s best friends of over 10 years who had purchased a maxima there. This was my first major purchase and my first new car ever in my life. I have too say that Linda was exceptional. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and never once made me feel as though I didn't deserve to be there or that I was out of my league. I was driving a 1995 Buick Century and walked out of Mastria with a certified pre-owned 09 Altima 2.5s. Quite an upgrade to say the least. Dwight and Rodell were people I mostly dealt with over the phone but I still would like to mention them since they were always friendly and very professional. I would like to mention Linda again because she really was EXCEPTIONAL, and she didn't make me feel like I had too buy the car at all. In fact, when I mentioned that I would like to test drive a couple others just to be sure she said that was a good idea. The overall experience was unbelievably great. I was a first time buyer, with less than perfect credit and Mastria made every effort to get me the best deal possible. Never once during my dealings with this dealership did I feel pressure to buy, uncomfortable, or like I didn't deserve what I was getting. Every other dealership I had dealt with when I was starting to look around made me feel like I had too get there soon or the price may change which led me to not going to another dealership. I am more than satisfied with my buying experience and the professional and friendly manner in which everyone I dealt with treated me. And don't just assume that because you don't make 60k a year that you can't afford a Nissan, I was originally looking at a chevy aveo from a different dealership which was only slightly cheaper than the Altima that I got and the Altima is a much better vehicle. I will be telling anyone I come in contact with about how positive my experience was with Mastria and recommending that they go there, since I will be going back when I am ready to trade my car in and get a new one. More
These guys are the reason why people HATE car salesmen. They are dishonest, will say anything to get you in the door (I was communicating with the internet sales department that told me in their words it w They are dishonest, will say anything to get you in the door (I was communicating with the internet sales department that told me in their words it would "be in my best interest to come in to see them" as "no one else offers" the service they do or the "aggressive KBB trade in prices" they offer on their trade ins. This was even after I had already told them the other offers I had received while price shopping for my new car and my trade in. They assured me no one could beat them. I asked them not to waste my time including an hour long drive and they assured me they wouldn't. LIES, LIES, LIES. First of all when I pulled up they were waiting outside for me. Stalkers. Then, after sitting for nearly an hour and having had them pull the old switch-a-roo routine on me by passing me onto 3 different people their 'manager' offered me $6,000 BELOW the KBB blue book *trade in* price on my 1 YEAR OLD car in MINT condition. After I called B.S. on them and complained about them wasting my time they fed me a line about the current auction prices for my car. Auction prices? Are you joking? This isn't an auction car..nice try bud. If we want to discuss auction prices, how about you give me auction price on the new car I want to purchase, too?! When I let him know I was no fool, he then starting rambling about how he'd have to pay fair condition price (of which he still offered me $5k below) because they had to wash the car. Really? $5-6k worth of soap and water? Idiot. I walked out while they were still yacking their big lying mouths. Honestly, these guys are crooks and will say anything to rip you off and when you call them out on it they give the biggest load of b.s. excuses I've ever heard. When I reiterated the offers I had from two other dealerships, they told me there was "no way" it would happen. Um Yeah...I pulled out of their parking lot, drove straight to another dealer and what do you know the price was exactly what they promised me for my trade in and my new vehicle purchase and I bought the car there. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS. More

Linda Almeida was amazing. She made the experience stress free and kept me updated throughout the entire process. She also called a couple of days after the sale to just make sure that I was enjoying the car free and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I went in to the dealer ship to just look at cars at first. there i met my sales rep. Kyle he sat down with me and explained to me all my options and showed me what car would best suit me and my needs. first. there i met my sales rep. Kyle he sat down with me and explained to me all my options and showed me what car would best suit me and my needs. he went above and beyond my expectations took care of everything and was the friendliest and most knowledgeable sales rep i have ever dealt with it was and still is a great pleasure dealing with him and mastria nissan they take really good care of the customers and they will never disappoint they are by far the best dealership i have ever worked with and will continue to do my business with them and recommend them to all my friends and associates at work. If you ever have any doubts about them toss those to the side because i promise you they will never disappoint you and will find the car your looking for. More

For years my family and I had been loyal Saturn customers. We enjoyed their reliable, reasonably priced vehicles coupled with the genuine friendliness of their staff. We decided to check out Mastria Nissan because it was in the same dealership "family" as the Saturn dealership they use to have. As soon as I walked on to the lot, DJ greeted me and proceeded to tell me everything I needed to know about the new Nissan Juke. He was fantastic about answering all of my questions and even working with me when I had concerns or doubts. After leveraging his knowledge about cars and his experience at the dealership, DJ provided me with the perfect Nissan Juke that met all of my expectations. Better yet, I was able to purchase this car for a price that fell right in my budget. DJ was a great example of what I had hoped to find at other Mastria dealerships. His friendliness and helpful attitude made it a pleasure to shop at that dealership. I am more than pleased with my purchase and my overall experience with Mastria Nissan and would recommend anyone to go down and speak with DJ about buying a new or used car. More
