I was so convinced that he would be the right salesman / dealer to buy from that I walked in for service and ended up walking out with a new Xterra. Manager DJ closed the deal effectively, very quickly getting to the bottom line which was an Excellent price and trade; considerably lower than the list price and blue book price for the vehicle. The most impressive thing was, when receiving the new and prepped vehicle full of gas, Mastria did not just hand me the keys and wave goodbye like other dealers. Tony took a total of 2 hours going over the car with me and answering many questions, to make sure I understood every single detail of operation including 4WD and locking differential procedures. So instead of taking over a year to figure everything out, I left knowing how to use all features for safer and more efficient driving. Bruce Garcia manager was also very helpful and knowledgeable in answering a couple of detailed technical questions. Even though moving to Vermont, want to retain Mastria as my dealer. More

I have been to a number of dealerships in the past few weeks - and I have one "bad" experience and a few unpleasant ones to say the least. I have bought a number of new cars in the past. I knew exactly weeks - and I have one "bad" experience and a few unpleasant ones to say the least. I have bought a number of new cars in the past. I knew exactly what a wanted - the make, model, color (inside and out). I got so far as to purchase one at Nissan Village and I ended up cancelling the sale because of the way the employees were treating me - it was a terrible experience - I have never done that before in my life. The sales process here was pleasant and I can honestly say I have never said that before about purchasing a car whereas purchasing a car is a stressful experience even though the end result is good. The Finance Manager was very patient with me whereas I am not someone who makes quick decisions so I was a bit of a "pain" as far as the financial aspect of it - but he was very professional and very nice - he even returned my call on his day off. I would recommend this dealership because of my experience so far and I hope it continues on to the service department. I know my father brings my mother's car here to be serviced and he does nothing but brag about this place (and he is hard to please) so I am hoping everyone in service is just as pleasant to deal with ... not like Boch! Most recently was the purchase of a new Nissan Versa. Linda Almeida was our sales consultant and she was by far one of the best and most knowledgable sales people we have dealt with. (Not saying anything bad about other sales consultants, she just was the best). Mark Striggles was the finance manager who got us the best deal possible and was extremely helpful. Rick Mastria should be very pleased having the high caliber staff like Linda and Mark that he has. We will definately be back for future purchases as well we will be telling all our friends and family about our experiences and where they should go to shop for their next car purchase, Mastria Nissan. I dreaded the process of going to buy a new or used car. I read some reviews of Mastria on line and decided to give them a shot. I was absolutely surprised at how I was greeted. I was welcomed in and offered coffee before anything else. The salesmen that was to help me asked me what I was looking for. He described where some of the vehicles I might be interested in and lead me to the area. He told me to take some time and look at vehicles I might be interested in. Shortly after he came out and asked me if anything caught my eye. No pressure. He described some of the options included with the vehicles I looked at and asked me what mattered most to me considering price and various options. I test drove a Sentra that I liked with the options I wanted and discussed what might be added. I felt completely comfortable. I decided on the car I wanted and financing worked with me for a couple of hours to get the financing package I wanted at the interest rate and loan period I also wanted. At no time did I feel pressure. I've never experienced that in 40 years of trying to buy a vehicle. Much different than what I experienced when buying a vehicle from Kia just down the road a bit. After all was said and done I was always treated with respect and courtesy. 72 hours later and frustrated that no local dealership wanted my business (we are talking about a $25,000+ purchase that would close before the end of the month) I called a dealership located a significan wanted my business (we are talking about a $25,000+ purchase that would close before the end of the month) I called a dealership located a significant distance from my home. Imagine my surprise when "Craig" checked delivery time-frames and stock for the car selected and got back to me with answers within 1 hour! He further suggested I speak with "DJ" upon arrival. I hopped in my trusty 12 year old car and made the trip--negotiated a fair price with a sales consultant "Todd"--and bought a car on the spot. Isn't it amazing what a bit of teamwork and customer-centricity accomplishes! More
