NEVER EVER buy a car from Mastria! Bought a used car in May and nothing but problems. The worse experience I've ever had trying to order parts. Ordered a part over 2 weeks ago and has still yet to be shipped. Told numerous times it was being shipped out. I understand that we are going through a pandemic. But when you wait a month to get your car(I'm still waiting to get it) and the company can't even keep you in the loop with what is going on. You ask your sales person (you get told I'm looking into it and then just never responds to you) you speak with the general manager and get told he will give you a call back and never does. (Left 2 voicemails and doesn't call you back. I understand that there are things that go on but when you've already paid for a car and they cannot communicate with you what is going on is frustrating. I won't buy a car through this company again. The lack of communication you get should be acceptable. I don't leave reviews but when I say this has been the worst car buying experience I cannot fathom how much worse it could get. If there was an option for no stars that would be better Nissan doesn't deserve even the star I'm giving them. I wouldn't have left a bad review but when you ask to speak with the owner or someone higher up then the general manager and get told you need to go through the general manager. More
