The worse experience I've ever had trying to order parts. Ordered a part over 2 weeks ago and has still yet to be shipped. Told numerous times it was being shipped out. I understand that we are going through a pandemic. But when you wait a month to get your car(I'm still waiting to get it) and the company can't even keep you in the loop with what is going on. You ask your sales person (you get told I'm looking into it and then just never responds to you) you speak with the general manager and get told he will give you a call back and never does. (Left 2 voicemails and doesn't call you back. I understand that there are things that go on but when you've already paid for a car and they cannot communicate with you what is going on is frustrating. I won't buy a car through this company again. The lack of communication you get should be acceptable. I don't leave reviews but when I say this has been the worst car buying experience I cannot fathom how much worse it could get. If there was an option for no stars that would be better Nissan doesn't deserve even the star I'm giving them. I wouldn't have left a bad review but when you ask to speak with the owner or someone higher up then the general manager and get told you need to go through the general manager. More
Satisfaction is NOT their first priority. Purchased a Nissan Rogue with 13 miles in November 2018. One year later recalls on sensors. The car was brought in for service and I assumed fixed. ( Purchased a Nissan Rogue with 13 miles in November 2018. One year later recalls on sensors. The car was brought in for service and I assumed fixed. ( Recalls ) That's what I get for assuming. Now since December of 2019, just about a year later. I am having sensor problems yet again, but this time it needs new parts, $1300.00 so they said. I had a different story every time the car was brought in to be fixed to correct the sensor. The sensor is located behind the Nissan logo in the front of the car. Now I have to pay $100.00 deductible and leave my car there to be fixed. Keep in mind I sat their for an hours and 15 minutes to tell me they could not fix it, as they could not get a hold of Nissan. ( I was in a Nissan dealer??? ) Does any one see anything wrong with this. I Purchased a new car not a used car so I would not have to worry about traveling, as I travel for work. In addition I was giving Mastria Nissan MY service and would only get my oil changed at Mastria Nissan in Raynham, why I ask you. An appointment was scheduled as I had no choice and would need to get an inspection sticker which the car would have failed. Not Happy at all paying $100.00 deductible More
