I had accepted an offer to sell my mother’s 2018 Subaru with 11,458 original miles for 17,500. When I texted her this morning asking what paperwork was needed to finalize the deal she stated that her manag with 11,458 original miles for 17,500. When I texted her this morning asking what paperwork was needed to finalize the deal she stated that her manager changed his mind and did not want to purchase the car. I feel they acted in bad faith. I would never attempted to do business or recommend this dealership to anyone. The car that was being sold was my mother’s car who passed away. I was up front with that information. I attempted to get the managers name and of course no response from the dealership. Poor communication on levels at that dealership. AGAIN I would not due business or recommend them to my worst enemy. Unprofessional!!! More
