2nd time around and still great Made up my mind that I wanted to upgrade my vehicle . Looked online and found the lowest prices so decided to stop on in to "look" . That resulted in a test drive then of course a purchase lol.. The whole staff was wonderful from my salesperson, to the GM to my finance person. Very friendly non pushy environment ( i was the pusher) haha. I highly recommend you check them out if you are in the market for a new car. This is my 2nd purchase and glad to be a repeat/return customer .Previously I had bought a new Kia Soul and i feel that I got very fair trade in value towards my new purchase. Id give it more stars if I could =) special shout out to my salesperson Chad, he actually went to the GMC dealer (owned by Mastria) up the street to get another car i was interested in. He brought it back to Kia so I didnt have to bounce around. He was very pleasant, easy to work with and very accommodating . More

Great Experience I was looking at vehicles on line and that's how I ended up at Kai. When I arrived at Kia, Adam was the first person to greet me. He was polite and h I was looking at vehicles on line and that's how I ended up at Kai. When I arrived at Kia, Adam was the first person to greet me. He was polite and had a very relaxed attitude. Which instantly made me feel comfortable. He searched inventory to find the used vehicle to fit my needs, which was pretty much a unicorn, as he described it. LOL Lauren and Adam made the car buying process seem so easy. I have been to many dealerships who give car buying a really bad look. The staff at Kia Mastria proved that car buying doesn't have to be difficult, and not everyone is in it JUST to make a sale. :) I love my Kia Sorento!! More

Chad was so helpful explaining the differences between a lease and purchasing. The day it was ready for pick up, it was Chad's day off. He was so kind that he came in on his day off so I could pick up my new car. I was so grateful for him taking the time to come in. Thank you Chad! Since I picked up the vehicle Chad has already called to make sure I am enjoying the car and let me know I can always call if I have any questions.
