I contacted Mastria Kia regarding the new Kia Carnival in early April 2021 and scheduled a test drive once they had one on the lot. Though I did not end up purchasing the Carnival, my experience with Mastria Kia was excellent. Michaela and Antonio were friendly and knowledgeable and there was zero BS. I did not feel a hard sales push and felt like my time and my business was valued by all. Given the Carnival was brand new when I looked at it and a hot commodity, Mastria easily could have been asking above MSRP for it, but they were not, which I greatly appreciated. I ultimately chose to go with a different vehicle because another make fit my needs better, but if I had chosen the Carnival, I would have been happy to give my business to Mastria and will do so in the future if I purchase a Kia. We went out truck shopping on January 9 busy Saturday morning. We found a Toyota Tacoma on their lot .... We just fell in love with it and they’re staff was very nice.
