With an out-of-state move approaching, I needed to find an affordable car quickly. I soon found myself in what I call the pit of despair of used car shopping: dealers who only pitch cars far beyond your price range, who don't care to answer questions, and who push you to purchase ANY car rather than helping you find the RIGHT car. One of these dealers was located just down the street from Mastria and actually carried the very car I was looking for - at a better price - but the sales approach was so off-putting that my fiance and I couldn't leave the dealership fast enough! We made our way to Mastria and met Paul, whose warm personality and ability to answer questions put our minds at ease. Purchasing a car is a big decision, but it was an easy one for me with Paul (and a great management team) there to help. More

I found an ad on Ebay for a 2011 LaCrosse they were selling. I contacted the Mastria via an email and they got right back and set up an appointment. When I arrived at the dealership, I spoke with the receptionist; she called the sales manager who in turn call Paul Oliveira, the Sales Consultant. I met Paul immediately and we went right outside to look at the car. He had a great smile and very friendly; I felt at ease right away. We went for a test drive and we discussed not only some of the features of the car, but also he wanted to know about me. At the end of the test drive, I felt I had known him for several years; just a great guy! There was never any pressure to buy the car. After returning from vacation, the car was ready, it was very clean inside and out. There were new plates on the car and it had been inspected. All I had to do was drive the car home.
