I would recommend the salesman I had to anyone his name was Paul Oliveria. He was willing to listen to what vehicle I wanted and all the stuff that I needed. Drove from pretty far away, test drove the car I was looking at and wanted make a deal, salesman was extremely disrespectful. On top of this, when I was leaving I came out to my car to find the license plates on my car were gone. It turned out they mixed up my car with another car that was being traded in. Overall completely unprofessional and uncomfortable experience. Would not go back to this dealer for any car no matter how great a deal they were offering. More
I booked a test drive. When I arrived the car was not ready. I met with Paul, the manager who could not find a sales person anywhere. My husband and I had worked with Bill on a prior purchase and he was the primary reason for going back this time. He is the total opposite of the "car salesman" we all have dealt with in the past. He is truly the best representation of any car dealer we've ever dealt with. Absolutely no pressure, upfront honesty, willing to go out of his way to make the car buying process a truly enjoyable experience. I bought a 2011 Yukon. The sale of the vehicle was great. Very fast and to the point. After taking delivery of this truck I found out it had been in an accident as well as used as a rental care by the previo Very fast and to the point. Paul Oliviera assured me that this vehicle was "perfect". After 3 trips to the service dept for multiple problems i brought all of this to the managers attention.(Bill Fegley). Bill proceeded to intimidate me in the lot saying "it's fixed the wreck is not our problem". M y wife witnessed the entire altercation. Today I sat down with Rick Mastria himself and was told that it will cost me a few thousand dollars to "get out from under it". So 30k buys you a previosly rented and wrecked vehicle from Mastria Gmc. More

I gave this dealership as well as Colleen Trotman the highest ranking because I have no complaints about my experience there...something that isn't very common at most other dealers. While everyone at Mastria seems to have a good team and good system working together to make it easier for the buyer, Colleen went beyond that with her friendliness and understanding of what the consumer wants and how to give them a level of comfort that makes the big decision clearer and less pressured. I bought a 2011 Hyundai Sonata at a comfortable price and Colleen has been very helpful with the transition from my old car to this one. I can tell she is well respected by the rest of the Mastria employees and I recommend her to all of you. More

While friendly, we found the staff at this dealership to be dishonest & were not upfront with us at all. We drove 100 miles for nothing after having provided a credit card for a deposit on a vehicle that w be dishonest & were not upfront with us at all. We drove 100 miles for nothing after having provided a credit card for a deposit on a vehicle that was sold the previous day & we were never notified. Trying to remain open minded when the sales manager said he could search a 500 radius to find a similar comparable vehicle we were in agreement & willing to continue to work with them. They did not come through & rather than being honest & apologizing that they couldn't find anything comparable within the price range we were looking, Colleen told us the similar car they found at a dealership in CT was no longer available, that is was sold. We confirmed the vehicle she was referring to, hung up the phone & called the dealership to confirm. Surprise, we were told the car was still available, had not been sold, did not even have a deposit on it. We asked if they were absolutely sure & after a short wait on hold for the confirmation it was confirmed that the vehicle was still available for purchase. Our assumption was that Mastria simply was not willing to match the price of the original vehicle we were interested in, they were not willing to follow through with the price they originally quoted for a trade-in vehicle, and they simply have no integrity at all. Thank you Mastria for validating exactly why I dislike car dealerships and car salespeople. More
I recently bought a Cadillac CTS & Mark Coogan was one of the reasons. We drove 2 hours from East Hartford because of the great communication we had the the dealership & Mark plus the awesome price. We had been to many dealerships allot closer but felt comfortable with Mark & the Mastria staff. The drive was well worth it because we saved quite a bit of money. The no pressure approach was quite welcome. I felt more like I was having a conversation with a friend. This, along with the amount of knowledge Mark had on this particular car helped me with my final purchase. I would highly recommend the whole Mastria family when buying your next car. From the moment you walk in the door, you know your in the right place. More
