They were detailing my new car and found a small dent. Mario went ahead and pushed back the delivery date a few days and had the dent fixed. He could have easily sent the car out with the small damage but went above and beyond to make the car perfect! Couldn't be more happier with his service. Excellent and seamless purchase from one lease to another I've been going to Mastria for about 2 years for all my scheduled maintenance and found their service department to be very friendly and accommodating I've been going to Mastria for about 2 years for all my scheduled maintenance and found their service department to be very friendly and accommodating. I wanted to trade in my lease early and get into a truck. Dave Travis worked hard to get the deal done and with in a couple hours, I was the proud owner of a gorgeous 2015 GMC Sierra. Thanks Dave. I went down on a Saturday afternoon to look at the truck and take it for a test drive. James Conti was my salesman and did everything he could in order to get me into the truck I wanted. I had been looking for a truck like the one I found at Mastria for months. I'd also like to thank Paul Deppisch the sales manager and Ronald Hold the GM for working with me. Service I purchased a CTS several year ago, that broke down on me and spent September-December at the dealership while they were " fixing it". I literally had I purchased a CTS several year ago, that broke down on me and spent September-December at the dealership while they were " fixing it". I literally had a loaner more than my own car- they continuously told me it was " fixed" I drive all of the way there only to have my car continuously break down over and over and over again! ( ONE time it broke down just after I left the dealership and got on the highway- 2 exits away) Stupid me traded in that car for a brand new ATS less than 2, years ago and where is my car? Back at Mastria! I broke down Saturday, called them to come get the car and bring me a loaner and initially they told me to call AAA! Then they hung up on me and 12 additional attempts later I finally spoke with someone in service. I was told a tow and a loaner were on the way and would be to me in 40 mins. 135 minutes later, after sitting in the freezing cold the tow and car showed up. I got a low end loaner and 6 days later I get a daily phone call stating that my engine is apart, they don't know what's wrong or how to fix it, but they'lol keep trying. More

We have done business with them in the past and swore we would nev My Husband (Remi Talbot) went to Mastria to buy our 2014 GMC Terrain on 11-29-14. We have done business with them in the past and swore we would never go there again. However, we did, like idiots! Here it is December 16, 2014 and we still do not have the GMC we purchased on 11-29-14 registered or inspected due to the lack of knowledge of the people at Mastria. They have had to fax us a purchase contract for the 3rd time with a new date to protect us just in case we happened to get stopped by the cops for no plate sticker or inspection sticker. I have a specialty plate and do to that they can't seem to figure out how to register this vehicle and get the correct paperwork from the previous lease company! What the xxxx is going on here? I hope the owner of Mastria sees this review and does something about this TODAY!!!!!! We turned in our lease vehicle when we purchased the new vehicle, however we are now paying insurance on 3 vehicles, one which we do not have anymore due to the incompetence of the Mastria people!!!!! Until the paperwork is completed we will continue to pay insurance on 3 vehicles one of which Mastria has back and has sold already!!!!!! What a way to do business!!!!! More
