We liked Jim from the start. He was knowledgeable about the type vehicle we were interested in an his straight front and honest approach was terrific. He took my wife for a test drive in a 2013 Cadillac SRX and explained everything to her. She liked the car very much. When it came down to making the deal I let Jim know where we needed to be. He did what he needed to do get the deal done.
