Beware of Mastria Caddilac. They lied about my tire depth when I purchased the vehicle, when I went to get it inspected 2 days later they measured less than of Mastria Caddilac. They lied about my tire depth when I purchased the vehicle, when I went to get it inspected 2 days later they measured less than passing. I contacted Mastria & they refused to do anything for me and was told by the sales manager "you didn't even have 2 seconds after you drove it off the lot to bring it back". In addition they were supposed to fix a tear in my leather, instead they painted it. Awful company awful customer service. More
Dirty and keyless i recently bought a truck from Mastria. Awful experience! When we received the truck, it had not been cleaned inside or out. I have been trying to get them to fix the situation for the past two weeks. All I seem to get from them is the run around. This morning,I had the manager of ALL their dealerships, hang up on me! i thought the customer is always right? I guess that's true except at Mastria. I am sorry that I have been driven to write a negative review. More
Great Experience I recently purchased a 2014 Toyota Tundra from Mastria and Matt Silva. I normally hate dealing with car dealerships but Matt and his finance manager I recently purchased a 2014 Toyota Tundra from Mastria and Matt Silva. I normally hate dealing with car dealerships but Matt and his finance manager made it very easy. We came to an agreement very quickly and there was not a lot back and forth. Matt was very experienced with truck that I bought and was always available for questions that I had. He was there for me from the start of the sale to the day I got my inspection sticker. I would highly recommend this dealership and Matt as they made buying a truck easy again. More

Luckily for me I was able to find the 2015 gmc 2500 I sell cars by trade, I normally hate dealing with new car dealerships but in this case I had too. Luckily for me I was able to find the 2015 gmc 2500 that I was looking for at this dealership. I had sent emails to 4 different dealerships that had similar vehicles. told them what my trade was and the price I wanted to pay. Mastria was the only dealership to give me a proper response. Don't get me wrong they all responded but Mastria responded in a way that I thought I might get the best deal. My sales manager Dave greeted me at the door new who I was and introduced me to my salesman David Travis (nice Guy) He didn't push me treated me like a professional set me loose in the truck I told him the # I wanted they counter offered with a # I could live with and we made the deal. I was in and out of the finance office in less than 30 min. Your time may vary I paid cash. trucks great dealership is awesome. highly recommended. More

Amazing experience with all & perfect truck! Thank you James Wow, I really hope you read this, this is NOT what was expected. I pulled in, not needing a truck, loved mine, but I did need something bigger - for Wow, I really hope you read this, this is NOT what was expected. I pulled in, not needing a truck, loved mine, but I did need something bigger - for towing. So I figured I'd just see what they had. I drove around & saw it; a 2012 GMC 3500, diesel, dually - Denali, in white! The exact truck on my "Wish" list. But my truck still had a loan on it, so a "wish" is all it was, I thought. Nope! James, my salesman, showed me the truck, but didn't just give me a recited page of info. He was very social, seemed truly interested in why I needed it, then after knowing that (I'm into rock crawling), I could tell he was actually interested in knowing more about the sport. It was relaxing knowing that I could have a regularl conversation about something other than someone saying "buy the truck" over & over again. Long story short (I'm just so happy with this, as it's not normal, haha) I spoke with not only him, but the sales manager as well; yes, I was nervous when he walked over, as that's usually when the "push" really comes, but it didn't. He wanted to just chat, make sure I had a great experience, asked how I liked the truck & told me that if there was anything he could do go help, let him know. I went home with a great feeling. Everyone, not just James & Paul, were kind, everyone had smiles, there were no awkward silences (there were plenty of customers there too, some taking test drives, some taking their new cars home, it gave me a good vibe). The next day, I went back & bought the truck! I got thousands more for my trade than anyone else had ever offered (went to two other dealers with in the past 4mo). Also, their truck was priced $3,000 below retail value! *All my research, not from them. So, I had to go to the dreaded finance office. But... No dread there! I ALWAYS have the Clear Bra (protects front from rock chips) and Resist-All (as I hate sap!), but I have always done that on my own; didn't have to! They offer it there, for so much less than what I would have paid. So between that and my extended warranty that raised my payment by $8 a month (totally worth it), I was told that they waive the deductible when the warranty work is done with them. Rock on! Thank you Steve! I know, my 'Short Story' was a bit long, but being in the equine industry, I'm big on being in depth with details. I hated going to dealerships, I'm a girl, no that shouldn't matter, but our subconscious sometimes tells us other wise. Not with Mastria! I'd send my mom, daughter, best friend & stranger there, nothing was shown but respect. No not everyone is going to like everywhere and yes, with reviews, you only get one side of the story. Hopefully you go see James, Paul, Steve (Brian too, my service rep that scheduled the clear bra and FREE loaner for me, so I didn't have to wait for it) & the rest of the crew on your next car shopping trip. I'm pretty close, but even if I move 1000 miles away, I would make a vacation of it & come see them for my next truck. Thank you everyone! Best wishes for 2016! More

"Not what I expected... even better!" For the past several months, my old 2004 Buick Regal has been garaged more at Mastria, than it has been at our home. Getting very frustrated with all For the past several months, my old 2004 Buick Regal has been garaged more at Mastria, than it has been at our home. Getting very frustrated with all the service calls, I decided to look on-line at Mastria's website to see if there were any newer Buick Regals available. I did find one that was in line with our budget and my husband and I went to look at the car. As we approached the front door, Jim Conti swung the door open and welcomed us. He had a very friendly demeanor and he asked what he could do for us. I showed him the print out of the Regal I had seen and he invited us over to his desk to discuss it further. We decided we would like to take the car out for a "test drive" to see if it met our needs. As there was a problem in locating the keys to the car, Jim assured us he would find them. In the meantime, he also showed us another Regal that had just come into the lot. It was a much newer model and it had all the "bells and whistles" -- having much more to offer than the other car. We decided while they were looking for the keys to the other one, we would take this one out for a "test drive". Well, very immediately we focused our sights on the newer model. It drove like a charm, and was very pristine as well. Once we returned from our "test drive" we had found that Jim had located the keys to the other one. Deciding to compare the two, we also took that one out for a "test drive" -- there was no comparison! Back to the showroom to negotiate financing for the newer car as our minds were made up to go for this one! We were introduced to Laura in Financing and she was eager to help us secure the financing we needed to purchase the newer car. Both Laura and Jim were professional and extremely helpful in closing the sale. I will be going in soon for a "tutorial" with Jim on the new car as it is loaded with many features that are unfamiliar to me. We chose Mastria Buick because we got our last car there and were extremely happy with our experience. It gives me great pleasure to award Jim, Laura and Mastria Buick, a 5-star rating! Thank you!!!
