We certainly regret your disappointment, however, the tires were discussed before you finalized your purchase. You were aware that the used vehicle inspection showed that the tires were of sufficient tread depth for sale. We do put new tires on our used inventory when they are needed, but in the case of your Cadillac SRX, they were not. New tires could have been negotiated as part of the sales deal if they were a priority for you. Mastria conducts business with honesty and integrity and we are always willing to work with our customers to earn complete satisfaction. We have talked to you multiple times about this. You did receive an inspection sticker for your vehicle with the tires in their current state which means they are OK to drive and you were RECOMMENDED to get new ones. It is unfortunate you have chosen to continue to bad mouth us on internet but, we wish you the best of luck and we again, apologize for your disappointment.

We have apologized numerous times for our breakdown in communication, which resulted in your newly purchased truck being delivered to you in Maine, without being cleaned and without the second key. It was an unfortunate mistake on our part and we regret the inconvenience it caused you. Again, we have apologized and have taken steps to correct the situation. Since you live so far away and it was not feasible for you to return; we agreed to compensate you for a truck detail which you may have done closer to home ($160.00.) We have agreed to track down and provide you with the second key to your truck. We appreciate your choosing Mastria for the purchase of your truck. Admittedly, mistakes are made sometimes, and Mastria is committed to correcting them and taking care of our customers. It is always our goal to earn your complete satisfaction. Once again, we apologize that things did not go more smoothly.
