The vehicle I wanted was ready for me to checkout when I arrived at the dealership. My initial contact at the dealership was Ron Holz, who did an excellent job gathering information and getting it to me. My second contact was Jim Conti, who also did an excellent job. More like an outstanding job going over the vehicle history, explaining things extremely well and took as much time as I needed. From the time I walked into the dealership till I actually purchased the truck was only about two hours. The Business Manager/finance manager, Steve O'Donnell also did an excellent job with the warranty and business end of things. Both Steve and Jim provided not only excellent service, but excellent advice. I was very happy that Mastria had the vehicle I needed since I use both the Mazda (formerly Saturn) and GMC dealerships to service my other vehicles, and that service has always been excellent, something that is not the case in some dealerships.
