False pretenses bad customer service Went in for tires for life, oil change and check engine light. Dropped of on Friday they had it til late Saturday. Picked it up later saw oil sticker Went in for tires for life, oil change and check engine light. Dropped of on Friday they had it til late Saturday. Picked it up later saw oil sticker not changed and oil not reset. Called they said it was done. Checking my oil I found dirty oil still and a cracked baffle . Called them service rep said miscommunication baffle accidentally broke during service and tech didn't tell him. Upon wasting my time to bring back my vehicle to actually get my oil changed and baffle replaced . I asked about lubrication of door hinges to service rep, showing drivers door. He stated that they don't libricate door hinges. Sooo I pointed out that service includes lubrication of door hinges and vaccuming of vehicle on the reciept. Neither of which was done. Upon getting my vehicle back from '2nd ' oil change and replacement of baffle.I was told I was all set. I asked if all doors were done? He checked with tech just the one I showed was done. Tech came to parking lot to lubricate other doors. Again I found vehicle was not vacuumed again. Purchase of 2013 Chevrolet 3500 HD Dual Wheel Diesel My experience in purchasing this truck was outstanding. I found the vehicle on line, called the dealership, made an appointment, went to see the vehic My experience in purchasing this truck was outstanding. I found the vehicle on line, called the dealership, made an appointment, went to see the vehicle, and purchased the vehicle. I was able to do all of this within a few hours. The vehicle I wanted was ready for me to checkout when I arrived at the dealership. My initial contact at the dealership was Ron Holz, who did an excellent job gathering information and getting it to me. My second contact was Jim Conti, who also did an excellent job. More like an outstanding job going over the vehicle history, explaining things extremely well and took as much time as I needed. From the time I walked into the dealership till I actually purchased the truck was only about two hours. The Business Manager/finance manager, Steve O'Donnell also did an excellent job with the warranty and business end of things. Both Steve and Jim provided not only excellent service, but excellent advice. I was very happy that Mastria had the vehicle I needed since I use both the Mazda (formerly Saturn) and GMC dealerships to service my other vehicles, and that service has always been excellent, something that is not the case in some dealerships. Thanks again to Rob, Jim, and Steve. More

Sales department RUDE Saleswoman was nice but dealing with the money man was horrible.
